Blanca, de desarrollo vegetativo medio y cierre atornillado, con abundancia de hojas alrededor de la cabeza. Adaptable a diferentes marcos de plantación, industria y fresco. Calibres muy homogeneos. Pella de floretes compactos y suaves que destacan por su color blanco. En costa mediterranea, recolecciones de otoño y principios de invierno, también primavera y verano según zonas.
