1. Earth and fertilization

Parsley is a biannual plant that in the first year forms a rosette of leaves and the second the flowering stem, with little showy, yellow flowers. The double curly variety has curly leaflets and is more delicate to grow than other varieties.
Purple type of good conservation and medium-late cycle. The bulbs are flattened with purple-copper outer skin when dried. Inwardly they are intense purple towards the surface and violet towards the center. The bulbs are a good size, easily reaching 200 grs.
