It is a typical Galician variety, for consumption fried in green. The plant has a height of 70 to 80 cms. with small leaves of medium green, with triangular fruit, blunt tip.

Bottle-shaped fruits, which are used to contain liquids once dried and empused.

This variety is long root, externally it is red and the meat is white. It tastes very good, albeit a little spicy. They are usually eaten raw, but can also be cooked.

Añadir 300cc a 1L por cada 50m3 de volumen de agua según la demanda de acidez que tenga inyectar en bomba dosificadora apropiada. Añadir otra dosis si fuera necesario, para dejar el pH ajustado al valor deseado (7,2-7,6).
